The Lord Beaverbrook Rink



The Lord Beaverbrook Arena

In 1960 Lord Beaverbrook built the LBR and donated the arena to the city of Saint John, NB. The city is responsible for the upkeep and administration of the rink. The LBR plays host to local High School hockey action and many minor level teams.




1992 Allan Cup champions Saint John Vitos

In 1992 the Saint John Vito's defeated the Stony Plain Eagles from Stony Plain, Alberta to take the Allan Cup. The Saint John Vito's were coached by Blair Nicholson, Brian Ford, and Dave Wright.

Lancaster Pee-Wee A - 1999

On March 26-28, 1999 the Lancaster Predators competed against the Miramichi Ironmen for the Pee-Wee A Provincial Championship. The players' age ranged from 11-13 years.
